Cause

You have installed an outdated BETA version (14.0.4734.1000) of Microsoft Office 2010 on your computer. This test version is known for having many issues.

Solution

No updates or service packs are available for this beta test version. You need to uninstall at least Microsoft Access and install Access Runtime 2007.
