Problem

You have received an order from the inspector where the remaining allowances for a former employee should be taxed at a special rate.

Solution

1) Start Payroll4
2) Click on "Employees & wages"

3) Select the employee
4) Select at "Period" the "Extra" run.
5) Enter at "Mutations" the compensation (use for example the wage code "BIJZ - Extraordinary wage").

6) Select the "Taxes" tab
7) Remove behind "Year income" the check mark at "Autom". (Curacao and Sint-Maarten only).
8) Change the "Year income" to "1" and press the Enter key.
9) Fill in at the "Extra income %" the specified rate (eg "20.4").

10) Click on "Process" to process the extra run.
