Solution

STEP 1: Remove all malicious software form your computer.

• Update your anti virus software
• Run a complete scan of your computer
• Install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
• Run a complete scan of your computer
• Install all available security updates for Microsoft Windows

STEP 2: Sent me your IP Address

• Open the website http://whatismyip.com (http://whatismyip.com) or http://whatismyip.com (http://whatismyip.com)
• Copy-and paste your IP Address into an email
• Sent me the email
