Probleem

Na het updaten van payroll4 krijg je deze foutmelding:

QuoteThis database is in an unrecognized format.

The database may have been created with a later version of Microsoft Office Access than the one you are using. Upgrade your version of Microsoft Office Access to the current one, and then open this database.

Oorzaak

Je gebruikt een hele oude versie van Microsoft Access.

Oplossing

1) Download en installeer Access 2013 Runtime via deze link:
http://www.itman-nv.com/art

2) Download en installeer de update opnieuw via deze link:
http://www.itman-nv.com/p4c

Alle data en instellingen blijven bewaard.
