Title: Different wage periods
Post by: Support on March 14, 2018, 03:18:34 AM
Problem

You want to pay employees according to different wage periods. For example, some of the employees receive their wage on a monthly basis and some receive the wages every two weeks (kinsena).

You want to change the selected wage period from "Monthly" to "Bi weekly", but you can not.

Cause

There is no practical reason to pay employees at different wage periods. It is therefore not possible to change the selected period.

Solution

Pay all employees according to the same wage period. For example, choose between "Monthly" or "2x per month". (The use of "Bi weekly" and "Weekly" should always be avoided. See also: Week 53 (//http://https:%20//www.itman-nv.com/52)).

or

Make different companies for different wage periods. With the monthly declaration you have to add up the amounts of the 2 companies yourself.
