Problem

When opening Payroll4 the following message appears:

Quote

This Microsoft Office version 14.0.4734.1000 is pre-released
BETA version for testing purposes only. It contains bugs and
security issues. You need to uninstall it.

Cause

This version of Microsoft Office 2010 is not an official version. It is a BETA test version that in the past was made available to IT professionals to test the then new Microsoft Office suite.

It contains bugs and security issues and it is not possible to update it.


Solution

1. Uninstall this version of Microsoft Office 2010
2. Optional: Install an official version of Microsoft Office
3. Download and reinstall the latest update for Payroll4
