Problem

You program must be updated. Normally this will go automatically, but fails on your computer. You may get the following error message:

QuoteAutoUpdate Failled. Download the latest version from the website.

or

QuoteNo tax parameters were found for the year : 20xx

Cause

The settings on your computer have been modified by someone so that:

1) access to the internet is blocked and you will not receive any updates.
or
2) the installation of the update is blocked.

We strongly advise against blocking updates, because you also miss out on interim updates. Ask your system administrator to solve this problem on your computer.

Download and Run the latest update directly form the website:

To be able to install the update you must have sufficient rights in in Windows. Contact your systems administrator it you do not have sufficient rights and it is causing an error.
