Tijdens het opstarten van Payroll4 krijgt u de volgende foutmelding:

This database is in an unexpected state; can't open it.

This database has been converted from a prior version of the DAO CompactDatabase method instead of the Convert Database command on the Tools menu (Database Utilities submenu).This has left the database in a partially converted state.

This database is in an unrecognized format.

The database may have been created with a later version of Microsoft Office Access than the one you are using. Upgrade your version of Microsoft Office Access to the current one, and then open this database.

Oorzaak

De mogelijke oorzaak is een stroomstoring of een computerstoring.


Oplossing

Voer de installatie opnieuw uit. Download Payroll4 van de website http://www.itman-nv.com of klik op onderstaande link en daarna 2x op "Run":

http://www.itman-nv.com/update/p4a (voor Aruba)
http://www.itman-nv.com/update/p4b (voor de BES)
http://www.itman-nv.com/update/p4c (voor St. Maarten)

Voer de installatie opnieuw uit. Selecteer "Update bestaande installatie". Uw database en registratie worden niet aangetast en alle data blijft bewaard.
