Problem

When opening the raport "Declaration of Tax" and the report "Declaration Payments" the program asks you to enter the company's "CRIB-number" or "Declaration number" (Aangiftenummer). When you don't enter a correct number the report fails to print.

Cause

On the original monthly declaration form of the tax office is a "CRIB-number" and "Declaration number" printed for that company.

To correctly print the report so it will be accepted by the tax inspector, you MUST enter the correct company's "CRIB-number" or "Declaration number".

If you have not yet enterered a "CRIB-number" or "Declaration number" before, the program will ask you to do so.

You can also enter and edit the "CRIB-number" or "Declaration number" at "Company info. & Options".

Solution

Enter the "CRIB-number" and "Declaration number" when instructed to do so.

You will find the "CRIB-number" and "Declaration number" on the original official declaration forms.
