  • See if this forum has information on the subject.
  • Read the instructions in the program accurately.
  • Read the instructions in the Wizards and informative popup windows accurately.
  • Tell us exactly what you don't understand. Why were you expecting something else. Indicate the program component. What instruction is not clear. Specify the name of the report. Etc..
