1) Year Declarations > Declaration check

The tax inspector always checks if the totals of the 12 tax and premium payments match the totals in the Wage Summary.

Use this report before submitting the declaration of December to check if the amounts of 12 declarations match the data in the system. If necessary, you can still make corrections.

2) Year Declarations > Electronic wage sheet

The tax inspector requires you to provide the wage sheet digitally. With this report you create the required file.

Do NOT send backup file or a PDF, but use this report for the digital declaration.


3) Employee Information > Employee Tax Declaration

The calculation of the income tax and premiums is not only dependent on the wages, but also the situation of the employee. Is the employee married? Does he have children? Is he entitled to old age allowance? It is the duty of the employee to correctly provide this information to the employer.

At the beginning of the year, every employee must check this report and adjust as necessary.
