Problem

An employee is due to earn less than their fixed monthly wage because they were not employed for the full month.

Cause

The employee started or ended their employment during the course of the month.

Solution

1) Check the calendar or work schedule to determine how many days the employee missed this month.
2) Enter the total number of missed hours under "Mutations" using the wage code "NGU - Hours not worked".
3) Enter the "Date of joining" or "Date in service" on the "Date termination".
4) Process the employee.

The amount for "Hours not worked" is now deducted from the base salary.
