1) Kopieer de hele database folder naar de nieuwe locatie
2) Verwijder of rename de oude database folder indien deze zichtbaar blijft voor het programma op een netwerk

Binnen enkele weken ontvang je via e-mail bericht dat "de Inspectie herberekeningen heeft gemaakt en er geen reden is om bij inhoudingsverschillen loonbelasting na te heffen".

Foutmeldingen / Kan geen datum invoeren

Wanneer je probeert een geboortedatum of een andere datum in te voeren, krijgt u de volgende foutmelding:

U krijgt deze foutmelding ook als u de datum selecteert met behulp van het kalenderbesturingselement.
Oorzaak
Dit wordt veroorzaakt door een BUG in de regionale instellingen in uw exemplaar van Microsoft Windows.
Oplossing
Wijzig de regionale instellingen in Windows:
1) Klik op de Startknop
2) Typ "Regio" en selecteer "Regio-instellingen" in de lijst
3) Wijzig het "Regionale formaat" van bijvoorbeeld "Nederlands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius en Saba)" in bijvoorbeeld "Nederlands (Nederland)"

According to the labor inspectorate, employees who work on an hourly basis should also receive paid vacation days.
Cause
According to the employment regulations, everyone is entitled to at least 15 days of vacation per year. Because hourly workers work varying numbers of hours, it is impossible to determine how many days they should receive paid time off in a year.
Solution
Instead of vacationdays, hourly workers receive vacationmoney.
Someone with a fixed salary is entitled to 15 vacation days per 250 working days (= 1 year).
Therefore, an hourly worker is entitled to at least 15 vacation hours per 250 working hours, or 15/250 = 0.06 vacation hours per working hour.
Option 1: Reserve the holiday pay monthly[/b]:
1) Enter the vacation money percentage (6%) on the "Wage" tab under "Vacation money"
2) When processing the working hours, the vacation money is automatically reserved
3) To pay out reserved holiday pay, see Payout Vacation Money
Option 2: Pay out the vacation money once a year:
1) Create a new wage code:
Code name: VAKU
Description: Vacation Money for hourly workers
Code type: Extraordinary wage
Calculation: Percentage of the hourly wage: 6%
Books: Credit
2) On the last pay slip of the year you will see the total number of hours worked in the cumulative figures.
3) To pay out the holiday pay enter the number of hours of holiday pay at "Mutations" (possibly in an "Extra" run) with the wage code VAKU.

You want to pay out the reserved Vacation money balance.
Cause
On the "Wage" tab you have entered a percentage of the employee's monthly salary for Vacation money. After being subjected to taxes and premiums, this amount is netted to the Vacation money balance during processing. You will find this on the salary slip, but it will not be paid out.
Solution
Payout of Vacation money can be done in two ways:
Option A
1. In the "Processing" window, check "Pay out Vacation money" and process the month.
Pay attention! If you process the same month again (for example after a correction), you must select this option again, otherwise the payment of the Vacation money will be cancelled!
Option B
1. Process the period.
2. Check the salary slip to see what the Vacation money balance has become.
3. Add the wage code VG (Pay out Vacation money) with this balance (or a lesser amount) at Mutations.
4. Process the period again.
You want to pay out the reserved Vacation money balance.

When you start Payroll4, AIB, or AWB you receive the following error message:
Cause
The problem is caused by a faulty security update from Microsoft (KB5002121).
Solution
Remove the faulty update from Windows:
1) Press simultaneously on the Windows key + I on your keyboard to open Settings.
2) Scroll down and click on Update & Security or Windows Update

3) Click on View update history

4) Click on Uninstall updates

5) Type kb5002121 in the seach box and double-click on the faulty update
6) Click on Uninstall
7) Click on OK

When you attempt to enter a date-of-birth, or any other date, you get the following error message:

You will also get this error it you select the date using the calendar control.
Cause
This is a caused by a BUG in the regional settings in your copy of Microsoft Windows.

Change the Regional Settings in Windows:
1) Click the Start button
2) Type "Region" and select "Region Settings" from the list
3) Change the "Regional Format" from "English (Sint Maarten)" to for example "English (Caribbean)"
