FlexFile4 is a database program to save and manage personnel data. The program allows you to enter employees in a systematic way.
With a powerfull seach engine you can select employees meeting a great deel of optional criteria.
All relevand documents, like work permits, drivers license, etc., can be linked to the database and opened directly from within the program with 1 click of the mouse. Via a report you can get an overview of document that are about to expire and must be renewed.
FlexFile4 can import and export personnel data to and from Payroll4.
