ITMAN N.V. was founded in 2001 to provide management and IT services to medium-sized companies. These services included (interim) management and software development, specifically custom-made business software applications.
One of these custom-made applications was a payroll program for a large medical center in Curaçao. In 2001 it was developed into the general purpose payroll package we now know as Payroll4.
Initially sold in Curaçao only, it was later made available to the other islands of the former Netherlands Antilles through representatives in Aruba, Bonaire and Sint Maarten.
In 2008, ITMAN went into partnership with IFB Consulting N.V., a highly respected accounting firm, which became the sole distributor of Payroll4 and other tax software developed by ITMAN in Curaçao.
Payroll4 is constantly being developed. We continuously check laws and regulations for 100% correct payroll calculations.
